🦃 Turkey & Stuffing Balls (Leftover Makeover)

Crispy on the outside, tender inside — the perfect way to turn leftover turkey and stuffing into an easy snack, appetizer, or light meal.

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked leftover turkey, finely chopped or shredded

  • 1½ cups leftover stuffing

  • 1 egg (to bind)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional:

    • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

    • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

    • 2–3 tbsp gravy or stock (if mixture is dry)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Mixture

  1. In a bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, egg, and seasonings.

  2. Mix until everything sticks together.

    • If dry, add a little gravy or stock.


2️⃣ Shape

  • Roll mixture into golf-ball–sized balls.

  • Place on a plate or tray.


3️⃣ Cook

Air Fryer (best for crispiness):

  • Preheat to 190°C / 375°F

  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway

Oven:

  • Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 18–20 minutes


4️⃣ Serve

  • Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or a yogurt-based dip

  • Great as appetizers or alongside veggies
