2 cups cooked leftover turkey, finely chopped or shredded

1½ cups leftover stuffing

1 egg (to bind)

2–3 tbsp gravy or stock (if mixture is dry)

1️⃣ Make the Mixture

In a bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, egg, and seasonings.

Mix until everything sticks together.

If dry, add a little gravy or stock.

Roll mixture into golf-ball–sized balls.

Place on a plate or tray.
3️⃣ Cook
Air Fryer (best for crispiness):

Preheat to 190°C / 375°F

Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway
Oven:

Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 18–20 minutes
