Here’s a simple and healthy Three Ingredient Oatmeal Muffin recipe. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!

🍌 3-Ingredient Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe bananas (the riper, the better)

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick oats work)

  • ½ cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

Optional Add-ins (choose your favorites):

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts

  • ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for added sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a muffin tin.

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Add oats and milk to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined. If using optional ingredients, fold them in now.

  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin tin (makes about 6–8 muffins).

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until muffins are firm and lightly golden on top.

  6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Storage Tips:

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days, or refrigerate up to 5 days.

  • They also freeze well — wrap individually and store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
