🍞 Tasty Lentil Bread (Gluten-Free)
This bread is hearty, nourishing, and incredibly easy to make with just a handful of ingredients. No flour needed — red lentils are the star here!

🧾 Ingredients
- 
1 ½ cups red lentils (soaked in water for 2 hours, then drained) 
- 
2 large eggs 
- 
½ cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt) 
- 
1 tsp baking powder 
- 
½ tsp baking soda 
- 
½ tsp salt 
- 
2 tbsp olive oil 
- 
2 tbsp fresh parsley or spinach (chopped, optional) 
- 
1 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping, optional)

- 
Prepare Lentils - 
Rinse red lentils and soak them in water for about 2 hours. Drain well.

Blend the Batter - 
In a blender or food processor, add soaked lentils, eggs, yogurt, olive oil, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Herbs - 
Stir in chopped parsley or spinach (optional, for extra flavor and color).

Bake - 
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
- 
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
