Ingredients:
– 1 lb Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Frozen Fast Food Fries
– Vegetable Oil for Frying
– 2 Tbsp Paprika
– 2 tsp Salt
– 2 tsp Chili Powder
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 tsp Onion Powder
– 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
– 16 slices American Cheese
– 1/4 cup Milk
– 1 Tbsp Liquid from the Jar of Jalapeño Slices

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the seasoning mixture. Set aside.
2. Fill a saucepan with vegetable oil, at least 3 inches deep, and heat it to 350°F.
3. Fry the frozen fries in the hot oil for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Transfer the fries to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
4. While the fries cool, prepare the cheese sauce. Tear the American cheese slices into smaller pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl with milk and jalapeño liquid.
5. Microwave the cheese mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the cheese is melted and well combined.
6. Place the fries in a large mixing bowl and toss them with the prepared seasoning blend.
7. Serve the seasoned fries with the cheese sauce on the side for dipping and enjoy!

Notes:
For an extra kick, add a bit more cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. You can also customize the toppings with crispy bacon bits, green onions, or sour cream.
