2 cups rolled oats

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder & salt.

Add grated apples, eggs, applesauce, milk, oil & vanilla. Mix well.

Fold in nuts or raisins if using.

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
