🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
🥗 For the Greek Orzo Salad:

1 cup cooked orzo (chilled)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, finely chopped

¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced

3 large cucumbers

✅ Step 1: Cook & Chill Orzo

Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine cooled orzo, tomatoes, chopped cucumber, red onion, olives, feta, and herbs.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then toss well.
