🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
For the Steaks:

3–4 beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or strip)

For the Onion Gravy:

2 large onions (sliced into rings)

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1️⃣ Season the Steaks
Pat dry. Season both sides with:

Garlic powder
Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Steaks

Heat skillet (cast iron preferred) over medium-high.

Add olive oil.

Sear steaks 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).

Add butter in last minute and spoon over steaks.

Remove and rest 5–10 minutes.

In the same pan:

4️⃣ Make the Gravy

Add Worcestershire sauce + thyme.

5️⃣ Assemble
Place steaks back in skillet.
Spoon gravy over top.
