🌿 Spinach Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups fresh spinach (or frozen, thawed and squeezed dry)

½ cup ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)

¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:

Prepare Filling:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Remove from heat and mix in ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Let cool. -
Assemble Rolls:
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the spinach mixture evenly, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll up tightly like a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces. -
Bake:
Place rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown. -
Serve:
Serve warm with garlic sauce, yogurt dip, or marinara. 😋
