For the Shrimp & Broccoli:

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined

For the Honey-Garlic Sauce:

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice level)

1 tbsp lemon juice or rice vinegar

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry for thickening)

Prep the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, and lemon juice. Set aside. -
Cook the Broccoli
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Remove and set aside. -
Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, add shrimp, salt, and pepper.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Do not overcook. -
Combine & Sauce
Return broccoli to the pan.
Pour in the sauce and stir well.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything beautifully. -
Serve
Serve hot over steamed rice, noodles, or quinoa. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
