    • Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  3. Rest the Dough

    • Cover the bowl and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

  4. Divide

    • Divide dough into 8–10 balls.

  5. Add Filling (Optional)

    • Flatten each ball slightly.

    • Place 1–2 tablespoons filling in the center.

    • Seal and gently flatten into a round disk.

  6. Cook

    • Heat a pan or skillet on medium heat.

    • Place the bread in the pan and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

    • Brush with butter while hot.

  7. Serve
