🌞 Slim-Down Morning Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water (not boiling)

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)

  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, but great for blood sugar balance)

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional for taste)

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, helps rev metabolism)


Instructions:

  1. Warm your water — not too hot, just comfortably warm to preserve the benefits of the ingredients.

  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and optional honey or maple syrup.

  3. Stir well to combine. Add the cayenne pepper last if you’re using it.
