🔪 Instructions
STEP 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a small bowl, combine the diced chicken with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and a pinch of pepper. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
STEP 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
STEP 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the same pan.
Toss in the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 2–3 minutes, until just tender but still crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and simmer for 1 minute, until slightly thickened.
STEP 5: Combine and Finish
Return the cooked chicken to the pan.
Toss everything together until evenly coated in the sauce.
Cook for 1 more minute until everything is hot and glazed.
STEP 6: Serve
