🦐 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 400g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 2 ripe avocados (diced)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • Juice of 1 fresh lime

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp chili flakes or paprika (optional)

  1. Cook the Shrimp
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    In a large bowl, combine diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

  3. Combine Everything
    Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl.
    Drizzle fresh lime juice over the top.
    Sprinkle chopped cilantro.

    Mix carefully so avocado stays chunky.
