🍝 Shrimp and Spinach Stuffed Pasta Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 10–12 lasagna noodles (cooked al dente)

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (or white sauce)

  • ½ cup mozzarella (for topping)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    Place the rolls seam-side down. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
