🧾 Ingredients

🔸 For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb (450 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Juice of ½ lime

🔸 For the Mango Salsa:

  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small jalapeño, minced (optional, for heat)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • Salt, to taste

🔸 For the Lime-Chili Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1–2 tsp water to thin (if needed)

🔸 For the Bowls:

  • 1–2 avocados, sliced or cubed

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)

  • Fresh greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine — optional)

  • Extra lime wedges, for serving

✅ 1. Cook the Shrimp:

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
