🧾 INGREDIENTS (Complete)

🥖 Pastry

  • Puff pastry sheets – 2 sheets (thawed but cold)

  • Egg – 1 (for egg wash)

  • Milk – 1 tbsp (optional, extra shine)

  • Sesame / kalonji – optional


🍗 Filling (Most Popular – Chicken & Cheese)

  • Boiled or cooked chicken – 1 cup (shredded)

  • Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)

  • Capsicum – ¼ cup (optional)

  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Red chili flakes or paprika – ½ tsp

  • Garlic powder – ¼ tsp

  • Mayonnaise or cream – 2 tbsp

  • Mozzarella or cheddar cheese – ½ to ¾ cup

Step 1: Prepare Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, onion, capsicum, spices, mayo, and cheese.

  2. Taste and adjust salt & spice.

  3. Keep aside.

Step 5: Egg Wash

  • Mix egg + milk.

  • Brush generously.

  • Sprinkle seeds if desired.


Step 6: Bake

  • Oven: 180°C (350°F)

  • Time: 20–25 minutes

  • Until golden, puffed & crispy
