Savory Garlic-Ginger Beef 🥩🧄🫚

A quick, flavorful stir-fry with tender beef coated in a fragrant garlic-ginger sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal and ready in about 15–20 minutes.

🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 300 g beef (flank, sirloin, or ribeye), thinly sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but adds depth)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp sugar or honey

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 green onion, sliced (optional garnish)

  • Sesame seeds (optional)


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce
    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

  2. Cook the beef
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
    Add beef in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan.

  3. Cook aromatics
    Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Combine
    Return beef to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir well and cook 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.

  5. Serve
    Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
