Savory Garlic-Ginger Beef 🥩🧄🫚
A quick, flavorful stir-fry with tender beef coated in a fragrant garlic-ginger sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal and ready in about 15–20 minutes.
🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)

300 g beef (flank, sirloin, or ribeye), thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely minced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but adds depth)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sugar or honey

1 tsp cornstarch

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 green onion, sliced (optional garnish)

👨🍳 Instructions

Prepare the sauce
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Set aside. -
Cook the beef
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Add beef in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan. -
Cook aromatics
Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant. -
Combine
Return beef to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir well and cook 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef. -
Serve
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
