Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup rhubarb compote (just rhubarb + sugar cooked down)
Instructions:
Whip cream until stiff peaks. Fold in condensed milk + vanilla.
Layer in a loaf pan with spoonfuls of rhubarb compote, swirling gently.
Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Scoop and smile.
