A vibrant pink drink thatโs as refreshing as it is beautiful. Naturally sweet, slightly tangy, and full of tropical flairโperfect for warm days or any time you want to wow your guests!
๐ Ingredients:

4 ripe prickly pears, peeled and diced

ยฝ cup fresh lime juice (from about 4โ5 limes)

4 cups cold water

ยผ cup agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes, for serving

Lime slices and fresh mint leaves, for garnish
๐น Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Prickly Pears

Carefully peel the prickly pears. Tip: Wear gloves or use a towel to avoid contact with any remaining spines.

Dice the peeled fruit and add to a blender.
Step 2: Blend & Strain

Add cold water and lime juice to the blender with the prickly pear chunks.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.

Use a spoon or spatula to press the liquid through, extracting as much juice as possible.
Step 3: Sweeten & Serve
