Oven-Fried Potatoes & Onions with Garlic Dressing

📝 Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (Yukon Gold or Russet work great)

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced (yellow or red)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet, your choice)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  • Optional Garlic Dressing (Extra Flavor Boost):

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil or sour cream

    • 1 clove garlic, finely grated

    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    • Pinch of salt

STEP 1: PREHEAT AND PREP

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • In a large bowl, combine potato slices and onion slices.
