🧈 One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles 🍗🍝

Ingredients (3–4 servings)

1 lb chicken breast or thighs, sliced thin

8 oz egg noodles (or any short pasta)

3 tbsp butter, divided

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning (or thyme)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional but elite)

Fresh parsley (optional)
How to Make It

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high.

Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Add noodles, stir, cover, and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and saucy.

Return chicken to the pan, toss everything together, and simmer 1–2 minutes.

Finish with Parmesan and parsley if using. Taste and adjust seasoning.
