  • 1ยฝ cups (360ml) lukewarm water

1. Mix the Dough (Night Before)

  • In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, and yeast.

  • Add the water and stir until a shaggy, sticky dough forms.

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean towel and let it sit at room temperature for 12โ€“18 hours. It will rise and bubble.

2. Shape the Dough

  • After the dough has risen, dust a clean surface with flour.

  • Gently scrape the dough out of the bowl. With floured hands, fold it over a few times into a round shape (no kneading!).

  • Let it rest on a floured surface or parchment paper for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

3. Preheat Your Oven
