🥚 Mini Crustless Quiches in an Air Fryer
Description
These mini crustless quiches are light, protein-packed, and incredibly easy to make. With no pastry crust, they’re lower in carbs but still rich and satisfying. The air fryer cooks them evenly with a tender center and lightly golden top in under 15 minutes.

❓ FAQ
Can I make them dairy-free?
Yes. Use plant-based milk and dairy-free cheese.
Can I freeze them?
Yes. Let cool completely, freeze in airtight container up to 2 months. Reheat directly in air fryer.
Why did mine collapse slightly?
That’s normal. Eggs puff while cooking and settle as they cool.
Can I double the recipe?
Absolutely — cook in batches if needed.
