Ingredients
For the Tostadas:

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Steak

Marinate: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub this marinade all over the steak. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Grill or Sear: Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4–5 minutes per side or until your preferred doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Step 2: Make the Guacamole

Stir in lime juice, chopped onion, diced tomato, and salt. Mix to your preferred consistency.
Step 3: Make the Pico de Gallo
