For the Pizza:

2 naan breads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

1 small cucumber, diced

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, thick)

1 small cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried dill)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Make Tzatziki:

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

Prep the Chicken:

Season cooked chicken with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil (you can also add a little oregano or paprika for extra flavor).

Assemble the Pizzas:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place naan on a lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.

Sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella over each naan.

Add the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives.

Top with a little more mozzarella and feta.

Bake:

Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and naan edges are golden and crisp.

Finish with Tzatziki:

Remove pizzas from oven. Let them cool slightly.

Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce.

Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and diced cucumber for freshness.
