For the Tuna Steaks

  • 2–3 tuna steaks

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced

🔥 Instructions

1. Marinate the Tuna

  1. In a bowl mix: olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper.

  2. Coat tuna steaks well.

  3. Let rest for 10 minutes.


2. Cook the Tuna Steaks

  1. Heat a grill pan or frying pan on high.

  2. Add a little oil.

  3. Place tuna steaks and cook 2–3 minutes per side (medium) or 1–2 minutes for rare.

  4. Remove and keep warm.


3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. In the same pan melt butter.

  2. Add minced garlic—cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add heavy cream + chicken broth.

  4. Add Parmesan, salt, pepper.

  5. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thick.

  6. Add lemon juice + parsley.

  7. Turn off heat.


4. Make the Mediterranean Salad

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta.

  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Toss gently.
