👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Dough (Skip if using ready dough)
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil.
Knead until soft. Cover and let rise 30–40 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, chili flakes, and all cheeses.
3️⃣ Roll & Fill
Roll dough into a rectangle.
Spread the garlic herb cheese mixture evenly.
4️⃣ Swirl It
Roll tightly like a cinnamon roll.
Slice into thick rounds or shape into a swirl loaf.
5️⃣ Bake
Place on lined tray.
Brush with olive oil.
