Ingredients
For the Stuffed Sweet Potatoes:

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pierce each sweet potato a few times with a fork and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 45–60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife.
Step 2: Make the Filling
