🫒 Mediterranean Feta Mezze Platter
Ingredients:
For the Feta:

1 block (about 200g) feta cheese

For the Mezze Platter:

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small cucumber, sliced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Kalamata or green olives

1/2 cup roasted red peppers

1/2 cup hummus

1/2 cup tzatziki or yogurt dip

Pita bread or toasted baguette slices

Fresh herbs (parsley, mint, or dill) for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Feta:

Place the feta block on a small dish or pan.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper.

You can serve it as is or bake it at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes until soft and slightly golden.
