Mediterranean Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (or mayo)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
