Stuffing Balls

  1. Sauté aromatics:
    Melt butter in a pan. Sauté onion until soft, add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  2. Mix stuffing:
    In a bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed onion, herbs, salt, pepper, and parsley.

  3. Bind:
    Add egg and slowly pour in broth until mixture is moist but not soggy.

  4. Shape:
    Roll into golf-ball-size balls and place on a greased baking tray.

  5. Bake:
    Brush with olive oil and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.

  2. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.

  3. Slowly add broth while whisking.
