🍽 Q & A

Q: Can I make this ahead?

A: Yes! Bake the pears, store without toppings, and add berries/walnuts/feta before serving.

Q: What other nuts can I use?

A: Pecans, pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts all work perfectly.

Q: Can I make it sugar-free?

A: Replace honey with sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit syrup.

Q: What pears work best?

A: Bosc pears hold shape best; Bartletts bake softer and sweeter.

Q: Is the feta necessary?

A: It brings a salty Mediterranean balance—highly recommended! But you can use ricotta, mascarpone, or goat cheese instead.
