Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Prepare the baking dish:
Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. -
Season the cod:
Place cod fillets in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic, oregano, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. -
Add Mediterranean toppings:
Scatter cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, and red onion around the fish. Place lemon slices on top. -
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes or until the cod flakes easily with a fork. -
Finish:
Sprinkle fresh herbs and feta on top before serving.
