🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Spray a 9×9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, and milk.

  4. Stir in spinach, peppers, onions, cheese, and season with salt & pepper.

  5. Pour the mixture into the dish.

  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until center is set and top is golden.
