1/2 lb. bacon, roughly chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. “no sugar added” ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 dill pickle chips, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the bacon until it turns crispy then chop it and set it aside.
In a skillet heat it over medium heat. Add the ground beef, seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until the beef is browned.
Remove any fat from the skillet. Put back the beef. Mix in cream cheese, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce until everything is well combined.
Take it off the heat. Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Layer chopped bacon pieces along, with pickles over the beef.
Whisk together eggs and heavy cream and pour this mixture over the casserole.
Sprinkle one cup of cheese on top.
Bake, for 20 minutes. Until you see that the cheese has melted nicely.
