2 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)

🔪 Prep the Lobster Tails
1️⃣ Thaw if frozen — Overnight in the fridge or in cold water for 30–45 minutes.
2️⃣ Butterfly the tails

Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the shell lengthwise.

Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell (keep it attached at the base).
3️⃣ Pat dry and season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Preheat oven to Broil (High).

Place tails on a lined baking sheet.

Broil 8–10 minutes (about 1 minute per ounce), until opaque and internal temp reaches 140–145°F.

Cook 6–8 minutes until opaque and tender.

Medium heat, shell-side down.
