4 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

STEP 1: TOAST THE BREAD

Toast your whole-grain bread slices until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

STEP 2: PREPARE THE AVOCADO

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork.
