Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Pasta


🍋 Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (thin-sliced or cut into cutlets)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

  3. Cook chicken on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.

  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  5. Pour in lemon juice and lemon zest to create a buttery lemon glaze.

  6. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.


Step 2: Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  1. In the same pan, add butter.

  2. Sauté garlic for 20 seconds.
