Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

For the Lemon Layer:

  • 2 cups lemon pie filling (store-bought or homemade)

For Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and press into pan. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Top with lemon pie filling.
  5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
