Ingredients:
2 cups grated yellow squash (excess moisture squeezed out)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying (optional)
Instructions:
1-Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2-In a large bowl, mix grated squash, cheddar, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3-Shape mixture into small tots and place on a lined baking sheet.
4-Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
