**Ingredients:**
– 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into small cubes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
– 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 1 minute.
5. Stir in roasted red peppers, ranch dressing, heavy cream, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy and smooth.
7. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
8. Return steak bites to the skillet and gently mix.
9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
