Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Green Beans:
Spread the green beans on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake the Green Beans:
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the green beans are tender and start to crisp.
Add the Cheese:
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning over the green beans.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
Serve:
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
