Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Ingredients:

1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

4–6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

2–3 tbsp honey
-
Optional: 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or Dijon mustard for extra depth

Optional garnish: red pepper flakes or chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
2. Prep Ingredients:

In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread them out cut-side down on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle chopped bacon evenly over the sprouts.
3. Roast:

Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until sprouts are golden and bacon is crispy.
4. Glaze with Honey:

Drizzle honey over the hot Brussels sprouts and bacon as soon as they come out of the oven.

Toss gently to coat. Add balsamic vinegar or mustard here if using.
5. Serve:

Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with red pepper flakes or parsley if desired.
Tips:

For extra caramelization, broil for the last 2 minutes but watch closely!

Want it vegetarian? Skip the bacon and use smoked paprika for flavor.
