🫚🍋 Homemade Ginger Water (Immunity Drink)

🧾 Ingredients (Makes ~1 liter)

  • 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled & thinly sliced

  • 3–4 cups water

  • 2–3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste) 🍯

  • Juice of 1–2 lemons 🍋

  • Optional: cinnamon stick or mint leaves


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add sliced ginger and water to a saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15–20 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  4. Strain the liquid into a bowl or jug.

  5. Stir in honey and lemon juice.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator or serve warm.

  7. Pour into bottles and store refrigerated.
