🍦🫐 Homemade Blueberry Ice Cream
Creamy, fruity, and packed with fresh blueberry flavor. You can make it with or without an ice-cream maker!

Blueberry Compote

🍳 Instructions
1. Make the blueberry compote

Add blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and zest to a saucepan.

2. Prepare the ice cream base

3. Churn the ice cream (ice cream maker method)

Pour mixture into ice cream maker.

Churn for 20–25 minutes, until thick and creamy.

Transfer to a container and freeze 4 hours or until firm.
