🧈 Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2/3 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  2. Mix brown sugar + cinnamon in a small bowl.

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and white sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

  4. Add flour, baking powder, and milk; mix until just combined.

  5. Pour half the batter into the pan. Add half of the apples and cinnamon mix.

  6. Add remaining batter, then top with the rest of the apples and cinnamon. Swirl gently with a knife.

  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm with tea or coffee! ☕🍎
