🍓 High-Protein Triple Berry Bake

A soft, lightly sweet, protein-packed breakfast or dessert loaded with strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.


🧾 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop (25–30g) vanilla protein powder

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, high-protein)

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup milk (any kind)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped)

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup blackberries

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease or line an 8×8 baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together:
Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients

Stir in oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt (and chia if using).
Mix until combined.

4️⃣ Add Berries

Gently fold in all three berries.
Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.

5️⃣ Bake

Bake 30–35 minutes until center is set and top is lightly golden.

6️⃣ Cool & Serve

Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm or chilled.
