🥣 Herbed Cottage Cheese Dip

A creamy, protein-packed dip bursting with fresh herbs and perfect for healthy snacking.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

STEP 1: Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

STEP 2: Blend Until Smooth
Use a hand mixer, immersion blender, or food processor to blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
(If you prefer it chunky, just mix by hand.)

STEP 3: Taste and Adjust
Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed — add a pinch more salt, garlic, or herbs to your liking.

STEP 4: Serve
Scoop the dip into a bowl and serve chilled with:

  • Fresh veggies (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)

  • Whole grain crackers or pita chips

  • Use as a sandwich spread or wrap filling
