Heavenly Angel Food Cake Cookies (WW Friendly)

Light, airy, and only 1 WW point per cookie (Blue, Green, and Purple plans) — perfect for when you want something sweet without the guilt!

⭐️ Ingredients:

1 box angel food cake mix (16 oz, the kind that only requires water – Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines work great)

3/4 cup water

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)

Optional: sugar-free sprinkles, cinnamon, lemon zest, or a dash of almond extract for variety

🍳 Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix the angel food cake mix with 3/4 cup water.
Add vanilla extract if using. Whisk or beat until light, fluffy, and well combined. The batter will be sticky and airy.

Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop.
Leave some space between cookies as they will expand.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden and cracked.
They should be soft and springy to the touch.

Cool for a few minutes on the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
