1 ripe banana (mashed) OR ¼ cup applesauce

½ tsp cinnamon

1 pinch salt

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix oats, all seeds, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.

Add mashed banana, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla.

Scoop mixture and press firmly into round cookie shapes (they won’t spread, so flatten them).
